Welcome to Trust and Obey with Chuck Frank (the "Website"), a 501(c)(3) ministry. By using the Website you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
1. Use of the Website
The Website provides faith-based content, including teachings, written studies, and links to videos hosted on YouTube. Everything here is free to read, watch and share for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to:
- Use the Website for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
- Copy, distribute, or modify content for commercial use without permission.
- Engage in conduct that disrupts the Website's functioning or other people's use of it.
2. User content
You may send us prayer requests, messages and other content. By sending it, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use it for the purpose you sent it for. You keep ownership of what you write.
Prayer requests are held in confidence. We do not publish them or share them outside the small group who pray over them. Please do not send anything you would not want read by a person, and please do not send sensitive financial information or anything unlawful.
3. The Sunday letter
Subscribing to the Sunday letter is free, and you may leave at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email. We send the week's parable, news from the studio, and occasional word about the ministry. We do not sell or rent your email address.
4. Text God
Text God is a free service that replies to your messages with prayer and Scripture. Message and data rates may apply, and those charges are between you and your mobile carrier. Reply STOP at any time to leave the service, or HELP for help. Message frequency varies. We cannot guarantee delivery, which depends on your carrier and your device.
Text God is a ministry of encouragement. It is not a crisis service, and it is not counselling, medical, legal, or mental-health care. If you are in danger or in crisis, please contact your local emergency services or a crisis line immediately.
5. Giving
Donations are voluntary and are processed by Anedot. Trust and Obey with Chuck Frank is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, and gifts are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. You will receive a receipt when you give.
Gifts are generally non-refundable, but if you give in error, write to us and we will do our best to put it right. Recurring gifts can be cancelled at any time by contacting us or through the link in your receipt.
6. Third-party links and services
The Website links to and embeds third-party platforms, including YouTube, and relies on services such as Mailchimp and Anedot. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices or terms of those platforms. Please review their policies before engaging with them.
7. Intellectual property
All content on the Website, including text, images, and videos, is owned by or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written consent, except for personal use as permitted by law. Quoting a teaching with attribution and a link back is welcome.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The Website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, accuracy, or error-free content. Content here is spiritual teaching and general encouragement. It is not professional advice of any kind. Use the Website at your own risk.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Website, including but not limited to indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect, why, and how to have it removed. It forms part of these Terms.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you agree to that venue.
